Everything was smooth, everything was quoted online quick and easy, but it seems like the service was too good to be true which it was, took my car in for a o2 sensor replacement got it done within 3 hours but the engine light came back on 10 minutes after driving

Quick and efficient

I had my 90,000 mile service on my 2004 Toyota Highlander along with a battery switch and an oil change. The six different procedures were completed by 5:00 PM. I received a courtesy ride to my home when I dropped off my car. Everything was done professionally and on time. Will use them again.

I stopped by Certified Auto repair to ask for help with a lingering suspension noise. I had taken the car to other shops with no fix identified. The team set up an appointment to diagnose. Costs were clear and shared up front. They properly identified the issue and gave a clear estimate for repair. Repairs were complete as promised and cost exactly as quoted. I do a little work on my cars and the team here was comfortable answering my questions and clearly explaining why the repair quoted was the right fix. It was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. They have earned my trust and I will be back!
