Very professional and helpful staff. Easy to make an appointment.

The team here is knowledgable, friendly and excellent to work with.

Jason M is very great and honest. Recommend to anyone needing work and will continue to bring my vehicles here. 5/5

I used to be very against the big auto shops, I always try to support a small local business, but I had such bad experiences with a local auto shops. I was fed up and went to certified auto and it was like a breath of fresh air. I don’t know the last time that it felt like I had an actual professional work on my car They were very respectful all of the recommended repairs were Shown online, so there was no pressure to accept or decline any services. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

Excellent Service!!! I highly trust and recommend Certified Auto!

The certified staff are always knowledgeable and friendly!!

I’ve never been disappointed in this place. I’m not even sure how I came upon it. I guess my first oil change after becoming a single mom. It’s nowhere near where I live, but somehow stumbled upon it. I’ve taken it there for all routine maintenance, including the big ones that make you cringe a little- like the 100,000 mile maintenance! But their prices are very fair, they do solid work, and are so friendly. I’ve never had a place be so honest. I still take it there for everything, even though my new husband is capable of fixing or replacing anything and has rebuilt a couple motors. I continue to take it here to not put more work on my husband’s plate, and because he’s always happy to see what was done- and he likes that they take detailed photos sometimes (like if we are out of town and they are doing work and come across something we weren’t expecting). They send photos and estimates, and have a really slick way you can just approve the work for them to do from your phone. They are also very straightforward if they don’t think something needs to be done, even if I think I know what I’m talking about (I don’t.)

Straight forward and honest mechanical services every single time. Can't recommend this shop enough.

Certified Auto is a great mechanic shop! I’ve always recommended them to friends that need a good mechanic shop. Chris, Jason, and Justin have always treated me well. They are not necessarily the cheapest in town, but they are honest…and that goes a loooong way to me. Quality guys that work there!
